payment methods:

  • for orders through Twitter, Deviantart, Instagram or email. it is exclusively Paypal

  • For payments through Paypal, the client's email is needed to be able to send the invoice, once the payment is made, the final illustration will begin.

  • An extra 3usd will be added to the final price to cover the fees.

  • If you want other methods of contact (e.g. discord) you can ask for it

some things to keep in mind

  • When asking for a commission; have the references ready (character, clothes, pose, background or others)

  • At the beginning of the process, I will present a not very detailed concept of the idea, we will review the pose and the general image, once approved, payment must be made for a more detailed sketch.

  • Once the detailed sketch is approved, no major changes can be requested

  • For the final product, only color changes and small details can be made.

  • if a refund is requested, the payment method fees are borne by the customer.

  • an extra 3usd will be added to the final price to cover the fees

  • You must give a deadline, minimum 7 days after payment for headshots, this will vary depending on complexity and other factors.

  • All products are digital, the final product will be sent to the client's email and through the contact method by a drive link.

Delivery and Format:All commissioned products are strictly digital and will be delivered to the client via email or other agreed-upon digital means.Ownership and Usage:Upon completion and payment, the client owns the full rights to the commissioned illustration and has the freedom to use it for any purpose.
However, the author retains the right to use a low-quality version of the illustration for self-promotion and showcasing their portfolio.Refund Policy:In the event that a refund is requested, all associated fees are to be covered by the customer. This includes any transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process.Modifications and Revisions:The client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions within the scope of the original commission. Any significant changes outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.Timelines:Both parties should agree upon realistic timelines for the completion of the commission. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.Confidentiality:The author agrees to treat all information provided by the client as confidential and will not disclose or use such information for personal gain.
